Prize Allocation operational costs

We can help source and deliver prizes for campaigns of all sizes and budgets.There is a charge of €500.00 per giveaway/ promotion if urbanmedia are required to purchase prizes or look after money transfers to prize winners. This is to cover operational, financial, administrative and logistical costs that are involved in the task of arranging these prizes. In the case of multiple promotional bookings being made by a client, we will examine potential volume discounts on a case by case basis.

Production Terms and Conditions

Spots fixed within specific time bands (other than those shown) will incur a 20% charge. Charities will receive 25% bonus airtime. Volume discount deals available on request. All packages run on a 7 day basis. TAP (total audience package) allocation: 60% prime time, 40% night time. All packages distribution at the stations discretion within the outlined time bands. All commercials subject to station approval. All costs subject to VAT. Spots cancelled within one week of transmission will be charged at 100%. Production: Production charges not included in overall rates. All Fees ex VAT, Voiceover Fees are valid for 12 months from first use Voiceover Fees are charged as per Equity rates.
